Ron Canimo to Launch Museo ng mga Paano at Philippine Book Festival 2026

Filipino poet and author Ron Canimo will officially launch his latest book during the country’s biggest celebration of local literature, the Philippine Book Festival 2026, happening at Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall, from March 12–15.

Museo ng mga Paano, his sixth book, will be released under Mga Tala at Tula Publishing. The collection explores themes of uncertainty, memory, and unanswered questions, reflecting on the experiences we keep within us, some still seeking clarity, others slowly learning to be let go.

Unlike previous appearances, this year will carry a more personal touch. Canimo will have his own Mga Tala at Tula booth, representing Mga Tala at Tula Community — the independent literary platform and publishing imprint he founded. The space is expected to serve not just as a selling point for books, but as a meeting ground for readers, writers, and supporters who have followed his journey through poetry, community work, and storytelling.

The booth will also feature copies of the Mga Tala at Tula Series, i hope we meet again, along with exclusive merchandise for readers and supporters of the community.

Canimo will hold his official book signing sessions at the MTAT Booth (BO26) on March 14 and 15, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, giving attendees the opportunity to meet him and have their copies personally signed.

The formal launch of Museo ng mga Paano is scheduled on March 15 at 12:00 NN at the Umpukan Stage, where festival-goers can witness the unveiling of his latest work.

Known for weaving themes love, hope, and healing into his writing, Ron Canimo continues to build a readership that extends beyond traditional literary circles. His presence at the Philippine Book Festival 2026 reflects both growth and commitment, underscoring the continued rise of independent Filipino voices in today’s publishing landscape.
